BEETS IN SOUR CREAM

Ingredients
1 can (16 0z) shredded beets2 tbs butter1 tbs flour2 tbs sugar2 tbs cider vinegar ½ cup sour cream
Directions
Drain
1 can (16 0z) shredded beets

Heat in saucepan
2 tbs butter
Blend in
1 tbs flour
Heat until mixture is bubbly. Stir in
2 tbs sugar
2 tbs cider vinegar
Mix in the shredded beets. Heat thoroughly.
Add and sir in
½ cup sour cream
Heath thoroughly, stirring occasionally; do not boil. Turn into a heated serving dish.
