*85% Lean Organic Ground Beef, 16 oz (remove) *Turkey, Thigh, Ground, 16 oz (remove) *Onion - Red/Purple - 1/4 Cup, 3 serving (remove) *Oat groats, cooked, 0.5 cup (remove) *Kasha, cooked, 0.5 cup (remove) *365 Organic Tomato Paste, 6 oz (remove) *worchestire sauce, 3 serving (remove) *Bragg All Natural Liquid Amino, 3 tsp (remove) Egg, fresh, 2 large (remove)Seasonings as desired:Black pepper, 1/2 tsp.+Market seasoning, 1 tsp. +(Can add Salt if desired)Add an Ingredient
Mix all ingredients in bowl, using hands to blend thoroughly. Shape into two medium loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees about 65-75 minutes, until well-cooked and slightly browned.
Drain excess grease from pan before serving. Slice each loaf into four servings.
