Grilled Salmon Burgers

Ingredients
1lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes1 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp grated lime peel1 tbsp peeled, minced fresh ginger2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce1/2 tsp ground coriandersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
in food processor, pulse salmon just enough to grind coarsely; transfer to a large bowl and mix in mustard, lime peel, ginger, cilantro, soy sauce, and coriander.
form salmon into 4 patties and season with salt and pepper.
grill or cook in skillet, turning once, until done (4 minutes per side for medium)
