Ingredients
2 cups ice (12 cubes)1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder, such as Designer Whey12 oz water2 cups unsweetened frozen peaches1 pkg (4 g) Crystal Light Lemonade mix1/2 tsp fresh grated ginger1/2 tsp ground turmeric
Directions
Toss all ingredients in a blender. and blend for 5 minutes to increase volume. Serve in glasses with a straw.
