Tapenade

Ingredients
2 cups Black olives, pitted2 teaspoons capers, rinsed and drained3 cloves garlic2 tablespoons olive oil1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Directions
1. Combine the olives, capers, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade. Pulse until coarsely chopped. Combine the oil and lemon juice in a measuring cup. With the machine running, add the oil mixture through the feed tube to blend into a rough paste. Add the pepper and pulse to combine.

2. Transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
