Ingredients
1 can (8oz) Dole Crushed Pineapple drained2 pkg (4 serv) raspberry jello1 can (16oz) whole berry cranberry sauce1 medium apple, cored and chopped1/3 cup chpped walnutsDRAIN: pineappke, reserving liquid. Add enough cold water to reserved liquid to measure 2 c ups; pour into med saucepan..bring to a boil. remove from heat, add dry gelatin mix until blended..add cranberry sauce until moistened.. Refrig 1- 1/2 hours or until gelatin is thickened.STIR IN: pineapple, apple and walnuts until well blended..spray mold..put all ingredients together ..refrigerate 4 hours..10 servings..1/2 cup each..

    Totally excellent! I made this for Christmas party for the dessert table so there was an option there that wasn't 300+ calories a pop. This got rave reviews. Will definitely make this again! Only substitute I made was to add pecans instead of walnuts. :) - 12/25/14

    I varied this a bit and used real cranberries chopped along with the apples and walnuts - yummy!! - 11/3/08
