Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs. of Ground Chuck10 large potatoes, peeled and diced2 cups diced onions4 cups Brown Gravy (4 pkgs. dry + 4 cups of water)
Directions
Brown, drain, and rinse Ground Chuck. Set aside. In a large skillet, pot or Wok, cook potatoes and onions in butter until potatoes are done (tender when poked with a fork). Add ground chuck and mix thoroughly. Pour gravy over mixture and cook until gravy is thickened. Serve Hot.
