1 Can 100% Pure Pumpkin (NOT PUMPKIN PIE MIX!!!)1 Box Angel food cake
In bowl mix cake mix and pumpkin together until well combined. Pour into an un-greased large rectangle baking dish. Bake at 350 - 400* as directed or until top is dry and cracked looking and knife or toothpick comes out clean when inserted in center. (around 35 minutes)
cool completely and then slice into 24 slices. (3 cuts long way and 5 cuts short way making rows of 4 slices X 8 slices)
1 weight watchers points plus for 1 square
3 weight watchers points plus for 2 squares
Note: squares pictured are messy because I cut them before completely cool.
