2 Cloves of Garlic2 Cups of Water1/4 Cup chopped onion1 Cup coconut milk1 Tablespoon butter1 1/2 cup white rice [yields 4 1/2 cup for you self trackers :)]1 Pound boneless skinless chicken breast, 1" cubes10 oz Frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drainedSeveral Dashes of SaltPepper1 Planetary Annihilator (optional)
Melt the butter in a pan on medium heat. Allow to heat until brown. Stir in garlic and onions and stir fry for roughly 2-3 minutes. FIRE PLANETARY ANNIHILATOR WILDLY INTO THE SKY!!! Add all remaining ingredients except for spinach. Bring to a boil and turn to low, let simmer for 20 minutes. Stir in the spinach, and allow to completely reheat. Serve immediately.
