Spinach and Bacon Quiche Cups

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 12 large Louis Rich Turkey Bacon (1 slice), 6 serving Cooked and Crumbled Spinach, frozen, 1.0 cup Chopped Thawed Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Diced Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, .5 cup, shredded Milk, nonfat, 1 cup Nut MegSalt and Pepper toTaste
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Great Big muffin Pan
Mix together the Eggs mild and Cheese.Nutmeg Salt and Pepper.
Layer bacon onions and spinach in the bottom of the cups
pour egg mixture in the muffing cups.

bake for 20 min or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
