Wheat-Montana 7-grain Hot Cereal Plus Good Stuff

Ingredients
3/4 cup water1/3 cup Wheat-Montana 7-grain cereal with flax seed1 Tbsp instant dry milk powder1 Tbsp walnuts, chopped and dry toasted1 Tbsp raisins1 Tbsp ground flax seed1/2 Tbsp brown sugar
Directions
Bring water to boil in medium saucepan. Add cereal and boil for 4 minutes, uncovered.
Mix remaining ingredients together in small bowl. Add to cereal and cook another minute. Serve with milk.
*Note: Other dried fruits (cherries, figs, mango, apricot, blueberries) and nuts (pecans, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds) could be substituted without significantly changing the calorie and nutrition totals.
