Healthy Marsala Sauce

Ingredients
.5 tbsp butter (sub olive oil for a healthier option) Set to melting in a pan.4 baby bella mushrooms, sliced3 cloves garlic, minced Sautee in the butter. 1 tbsp flour Add in when the mushrooms are nicely soft. Stir in until mixed thoroughly.1 oz marsala wine Add, let reduce by half.6 oz lowfat milk
Directions
Bring the mixture to a boil, then let simmer until thick. Thicken more if needed by adding a cornstarch slurry. Thin it out with hot water if needed.
