pasta sauce with ground turkey

Ingredients
crushed tomatoesground turkeyonionsherbsgarlic
Directions
saute onion in olive oil for a couple of minutes, add garlic and cook for one more minute. Add turkey until cooked through. Mix in tomatoes, paste, water, and herbs. Cook for another 5 minutes, shut off heat and let set while cooking pasta. Optional, add some red wine for extra flavor and sometimes I add a bay leaf. Do not forget to discard bay leaf before serving
