PALEO Chicken with Olives & Tomatoes

Tastybird Boneless, Skinless Tenderloins, 12 oz Olive Oil, 1 1tsp Garlic, 5 clove Onions, raw, 4 slice, thin *Muir Glen Fire Roasted Diced Tomato, 3 serving *Krinos Kalamata Olives, black (1 olive, 5g), 18 serving
Marinate chicken in olive oil, lemon juice and fresh pepper for 30-60 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375.
In skillet, saute garlic and onion.
Add tomatoes and olives, saute for 15 minutes, uncovered. Stir frequently.
Place chicken in baking dish. Cover with sauteed mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
