Southwestern Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
2 slices of Sara Lee Delightful Whole Wheat Bread1/4 Cup Egg Beaters Southwestern 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach 1/4 Cup Chopped Mushrooms
Directions
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Saute mushrooms on a skillet until they appear to be down. After cooking the mushrooms place them to the side on a plate and then cook the egg beaters until ready. Toast Bread in a toaster and place spinach on the bread. Place egg and mushrooms on the bread, stack, and enjoy.
