Beans, pinto unsalted, 1 can (if you can't find unsalted the nutrinal info takes into account salted beans)Yellow Peppers (bell peppers), .5 pepper, choppedOnions, raw, .5 medium, ChoppedGarlic, 1 clove minced (or pressed)Lime Juice, 1 lime Salt 1 pinch (only if using unsalted beans)Pepper (black or red)
Directions
Rinse Beans
Mix all the ingredients togather
You can either add it to a salad or just eat it plain.
