Grilled chicken & Gnocchi Soup

Ingredients
1 Cup Gnocchi 1 large grilled skinless chicken breast4 cups water4 chicken bouillon cubes1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsleysalt and pepper to taste2 Tbsp flour (optional)water to make a thickening agent
Directions
1. Bring 4 cups water with 4 bouillion cubes to a boil.(you could also use chicken stock), then reduce heat.

2. Cut up grilled chicken breast to size you prefer, and put in bouillion.

3. Cook for about 30 mins. (you can let this cook as long or as little as you like)

4. Add cooked gnocchi last 10 mins of cooking time. Add salt and pepper to taste.

5. Optional, to thicken, add 2 TBSP flour to about 1/8 cups water, mix well then add to soup. Cook a little longer to thicken.

Again, I made this recipie with leftovers. adjust to suit your taste.
