*Muir Glen Organic Diced Tomato - 1 can, 2 serving (remove) Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (remove) Zucchini, 1 cup, sliced (remove) Yellow Crookneck Squash, raw, 1 cup (remove) Garlic, 4 cloves (remove) *Bell Pepper, Red (2.5" dia; whole), 1 serving (remove) *Pesto Sauce, 0.06 cup (remove) Basil, 2 tbsp (remove) Oregano, ground, 1 tbsp (remove) *Farmer John Extra Lean Ground Pork, 4 oz (remove)
Brown pork with spices. Grill or roast vegetables. Mix together with 2 cans of diced tomatoes. Allow to simmer for about 5-10 minutes. Serve with a dusting of Parmesan cheese (not accounted for in recipe).
