Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Ingredients
8 oz. Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast 2 links of Johnsonville Chicken Sausage, sliced (I use three cheese italian)1 can of diced tomatos with green chiles3 cups fat free reduced salt chicken broth2 cups frozen cut okra 1 1/2 cups Celery, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped and seeded 1 large onion 1 1/2 tsp Cajun Seasoning (dry) 1 tsp. garlic1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce 1 tsp. ground thyme
Directions
Add all ingredients in crock pot, cover and cook on high (4 hours) or or low (8 hours). Shred chicken after cooking and return to crock pot, give a good stir and voila!!!
