Sweet and Salty Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients
2 C fresh pumpkin seeds6 tsp unpacked brown sugar1/2 tsp salt, koshercooking spray
Directions
Rinse all the pumpkin guts from your seeds (a colander is a good way to do this) and pat dry.

Add pumpkin seeds to a DRY NON STICK pan and toast, stirring so the seeds get good and brown on both sides over a medium heat.

Take the seeds off the heat and spritz with a little cooking spray.

Add brown sugar and salt and stir until sugar melts. Add back to warm element if needed.

Let Cool and Enjoy!
