Chicken Taco Filling

Ingredients
6 oz of baked chicken breast - no skin 1/3 cup Habanero Lime Salsa1/3 Salsa Fresca Fresh Salsa
Directions
Add both salsas to a small pot and place on stove using medium heat
Cut up chicken into small pieces and add to pot.
Cover and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes checking about every 5 minutes to stir and break up chicken into shreds
Makes 2, 3 oz servings of taco filling

~Optional~
Garnish with fat free cheddar cheese, fresh chopped cilantro and onions.
