Shrimpy Pasta Primavera

Ingredients
2 cups dry pasta1 julienned medium zucchini (yields about 1 1/2 cups)1 onion, diced small15-20 unpeeled jumbo shrimp2 cloves garlic1 cup of your favorite tomato sauce6 tbsp white cooking wineUp to 2 tbsp olive oil, divided(1 can diced tomatoes)(extra julienned vegetables)
Directions
Add pasta to boiling water and cook to al dente according to package directions.

Heat a little more olive oil in large pan until very hot. Add garlic and heat until oil is fragrant. Remove garlic and add shrimp (you can peel them if you prefer clean fingers during dinner), cooking until just pink.

Add white wine and tomato sauce to shrimp, then toss with pasta and vegetables.

Serve hot!
