Green Beans with Walnuts and Tofu

Ingredients
Makes 8 servings1 1/2 lbs trimmed green beans1 cup walnut pieces1/4 cup firm tofuSalt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Makes 8 servings

Cook the beans in rapidly boiling water until just tender, about 2 - 3 minutes. Drain the beans well. Mix in the walnuts, tofu, salt and pepper and spoon into a serving dish. Serve immediately.
