lentil stuffed peppers

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Onions, raw, 1 large (Carrots, raw, 1 cup, grated (remove)Garlic powder, .5 tsp (remove)*Onion powder, .25 tsp (remove)*365 Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup (remove)Water, tap, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Lentils, 1.75 cup (remove)Sweet peppers (bell), 10 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove)7 grains medley, 1 cup (remove)1 c chedder cheese
Directions
In large pot heat oil add onion until lightly browned. Stir in carrots, garlic and onion powder salt and pepper, cook and stir 2 minutes. Stir in water and canned diced tomatoes.. Add lentils reduce heat, cover, simmer for 35 min. Remove from heat and stir in cooked 7 grain medley and 1/2 c cheese. Fill trimed peppers, . Place peppers in 13-9 in pan por 1 c water in bottem top with foil and bake at 350 for 45 min. remove foile top withremailing cheese and bake 10 min and serve.
