Ingredients
1 lb. Turkey breast, diced or in pieces3 ea. 14 oz. Cans Swanson's 99% Fat Free Chicken Broth2 cups water4 oz. Wild Rice1 cup onion, diced1 cup celery, diced1 cup carrots, diced 8 oz. frozen corn8 oz. frozen peas6 oz. V-8 juice1 bay leaf1/4 t. white pepperGarlic and/or garlic salt to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients in the crockpot, except for the peas and V-8. Cover and cook on low for 7-1/2 hours. Add the peas and V-8 and cook for another 30 - 60 minutes. Once the rice and vegetables are tender, the soup is ready!

Makes 8 servings of 1-1/2 cup each.
