Slow Cooker "Thai" Peanut Chicken

Ingredients
1 whole cut up chicken 1 cup of peanut butter1 can of lite coconut millk2 cups of salsa
Directions
Put chicken in slow cooker. In seperat bowl mix all the other ingredients. Pour over the chicken and let it cook for 8 hours on low. Once chicken is cooked remove bones and shredd (I do this right in the pot with two forks). Nutritional info is for this part only. But I eat it over rice or noodles just be sure to add the calories.
