Low Carb Marinara

Ingredients
2 med onions , chopped6 med gralic cloves , minced1 T olive oil32oz can tomatoes , drained and chopped1/2 c white wine1/4 cup unsalted tomato paste2 tbsp fresh lemon juice1/2 t salt1/4 t black pepper
Directions
cook onions and garlic in olive oil for 5 minutes
mix in tomatoes, wine and tomato paste, brin g to a boil
lower heat and simmer 20 minutes stirring often
mix in lemon juice, salt and pepper
