Diablo Chicken

Ingredients
1 tsp Pepper, red or cayenne 16 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted 0.50 cup Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain 9 tsp Grey Poupon Dijon Mustard 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Directions
Pound chicken breasts flat with meat mallet. In a shallow dish, combine olive oil, dijon mustard and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper. In a second shallow dish,combine the bread crumbs and 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.

Dip the chicken into the mustard mixture and then into the breadcrumbs. Place on a sprayed or parchment covered baking sheet and bake 15-20 minutes at 450*F.

Delicious with asparagus!
