Corn and Black Bean Soup

Ingredients
1.5 ground chicken, drain1 chopped onion2 cups of low sodium chicken broth2 cans chunky tomato and green chilies1 can black beans, drain and rinsed1 cup frozen corn1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dip Mix1/2 teaspoon cuminshredded cheddar cheeseKraft Simply Fat Free Sour Cream
Directions
Add chopped onion and ground chicken in skillet, cook until there's no pink.
Add other ingredients in a pot on medium high heat, drain ground chicken if needed, then add to other ingredients. simmer for about 15 mintues.
serve with shredded cheddar cheese and a 1 teaspoon fat free sour cream.
