Ditalini & Bean Salad

Ingredients
1 pkg Ditalini Pasta1 can Garbanzo beans, drained1 can Kidney beans, drained1 can Great Northern beans, drained1 cup thinly sliced celery, with leaves3 large plum tomatoes, quartered1/2 cup chopped fresh basil or parsley1 can/ 12 oz artichoke hearts packed in water, drained and quartered2 tbl extra virgin olive oil2 tbl fresh lemon juice1 tbl brown mustard3/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to package. Combine remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl. When pasta is done, drain and add to bowl. Toss to mix. Let stand 3-5 minutes and serve.
