Spaghetti Squash Pie

Ingredients
3lb Spaghetti Squash1/2 lb ground turkey1 jar Prego1t Italian seasoning2T Bisquick Heart Smart3T Light Butter3/4C Egg Beaters1/3C Parmesan Cheese2 cloves garlic minced1C Shredded Italian Five Cheese Blend
Directions
Heat oven to 350. Pierce squash with fork several times. Microwave on high 20 min or until tender pierced with knife. Brown meat in large skillet, drain fat. Stir in sauce & 1/2 t seasoning, Bring to boil. Simmer on med-low 5 to 8 min. till slightly thickened. Cut squash in half, remove seeds. Scrape squash into large bowl. Add flour, toss to coat. Add butter, egg, Parmesan & garlic, mix lightly. Spoon into large pie plate sprayed with cooking spray, top with meat sauce, leaving 1/2 in. around rim. Top with shredded cheese and remaining seasoning. Bake 30 to 35 min till cheese is lightly brown.
