Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees...

Mix cake mix with water, add pumpkin and pumpkin spice, beat with hand mixer on medium for a few minutes until everything is mixed well. Carefully pour mix into cake pan, avoiding getting mix on sides if you can!

Bake in an UNgreased Angel food cake pan (tube pan) for approx. 35 to 45 minutes...

I serve it with a dollop of fat free non-dairy whipped cream and garnish with a bit of fresh mint.
