Mini meatballs

Ingredients
1.25 lbs lean ground beef (93% lean)1 egg1/2 c breadcrumbs1/2 c finely diced onion, sauteed. S+P
Directions
Oven to 375

Combine beef, egg and breadcrumbs.
Cook onions.

Here's the crazy fun part....

Add the hot onions to the beef mix and mix immediately! The cold beef will equalize the heat and you shouldn't get burned. If you want to wait, that's cool too.

Form into bite-sized balls (about 1 oz apiece). Bake for 15-20 mins or until thoroughly cooked.
