Pumpkin soup

Ingredients

2 lbs of peeled and seeds removed pumkin1 liter (5 cups) of knorr bouillon (or fresh bouillon for extra flavor)2 onion, medium, chopped or sliced60 g of butter (1/4 cup)black pepper and salt
1. Melt the butter in a large cooking pot.
2. Add chopped onions and let it simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes.
3. Add pumpkin and bouillon. Bring to boiling point and then let it simmer on lower heat for about 20 minutes.
4. Let the mixture cool down and then put it in your food processor until smooth.
The original recipe calls for cream but i left that out, but if you have some extra calories, you can add a bit in your bowl ;).
