Patty's Eclair Cake

Ingredients
2 small boxes of sugar free french vanilla pudding2 containers (16 oz. total) sugar free cool whip1 box of low fat graham crackers1 tub of sugar free chocolate fudge frosting
Directions
Prepare pudding according to package directions. Fold in coolwhip.
Put one layer of graham crackers (1 package) over the bottom of a 9x13 pan.
Pour 1/2 of the cool whip/pudding mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
Put another layer of graham crackers on top (1 package).
Pour the other 1/2 of the mixture over the graham crackers.
Put a third layer of graham crackers over the pudding (1 package).
Freeze eclair cake for 3-4 hours.
Then add frosting on top. Put it microwave for a few seconds to make it "pourable."

Serving Size: Divide cake into 24 equal pieces
