P90x Butternut squash soup

Ingredients
800g Butternut squash, diced1 medium onion, diced6tsp chicken stock granules, dissolved in 1.5l water2 cloves garlic crushed
Directions
Put onion and garlic in large saucepan on a low heat and cook until translucent.
Add the butternut squash to the pan with the chicken stock and cook until squash is soft.
Transfer to a blender and blend until the desired consistency is reached.
Serve immediately

    1 tbsp shallot 3c butternut squash peeled/seeded
    1 clove garlic 1/2 c fat free chicken broth
    add protein powder if desired
