Ingredients
Directions
2c pumpkin seeds, rinsed and dried2tbs butter, melted1tsp salt1tbs Worcestershire Sauce1TBS brown sugar2 drops hot pepper sauce( I use Chalula; frank's red hot is too vingery)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Line a baking pan with aluminum foil.
Stir together the pumpkin seeds and butter in a bowl, than add the sugar, salt, and sauces and stir until evenly coated.
Spread the seeds in a single layer on the baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven until crispy, stirring half way through. About 45 minutes.
*I found it was better to do multiple two cup batches of this than to double up the recipe. The seed cook faster in batches.*
Serving Size: Makes 8 quarter cup servings
