Slow-cooked Teriyaki Chicken with Vegetables and Rice

Ingredients
Boneless/Skinless Chicken Breasts, 1 1/4 pounds Success Boil in Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, 4 servings Publix Japanese Blend Frozen Veggies 16 oz package Sweet Baby Ray's Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce, 12 oz. Water
Directions
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and place in slow cooker. Mix package of frozen vegetables with teriyaki sauce and water. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on high for 3 hours. Prepare rice according to package directions and serve with chicken.
