Crispy Baked Pesto Chicken

Ingredients
* Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Shake n Bake Coating, 1 serving (remove) * *Pesto Sauce, 0.125 cup (remove) * Mozzarella Cheese, part skim milk, 4 oz (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F, coat chicken with coating mix. Place in 8 inch baking dish. Bake 20 mins or until chicken is cocked through. Top chicken with pesto, sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 5 min or until cheese is melted & lightly browned.

    This was good. I used plain bread crumbs-type coating and added dried oregano and basil. I cut down on the pesto and cheese, too. Just put on a little bit of each on each chicken breast. - 1/15/08
