Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Ingredients
3-6oz Boneless/Skinless chicken breasts (boiled & chopped) in2 cartons Kitchen Basics chicken broth (8 cups)1 cup Lundberg Wild rice (cooked according to directions)1 med onion chopped1 cup Baby carrots ( chopped into little circles)Seasalt & Pepper to taste1 tsp garlic powder
Directions
Put rice on to cook (requires 55 min). Boil chicken, onion & carrots in chicken broth, remove chicken, let cool a bit, then chop chicken and return to stock. When rice is done, add to stock. Add garlic,salt & pepper to taste. Cover & simmer about 20 min.
