*Jennie O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast - 99% fat free, 20 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Garlic powder, 1 tsp (remove)Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)egg white, fresh, 1 large (remove)Milk, 1%, 1 cup (remove)Red Wine, 3 fl oz (remove)1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all ingredients. If to dry add more milk if to wet add more Panko. Form loaf & place in 9x13 pan. Bake 45-60 minutes Meat Therm. should read 165 degrees. Let sit 10 minutes before you cut or it will fall apart.
