Ingredients
8 oz cod filletsherb seasoningblack pepper seasoninglarge white potato, peeled & cubedchopped onions, carrotschopped spinachlemon juice (one small lemon)
Directions
Add chopped carrots, onions, spinach to 3 quart saucepan. Add half gallon water. Season with Italian Herbs, black pepper. Add potato cubes & cod fillet.

Boil 30 minutes or until carrots & potato is cooked.
