Almonds, 1 oz (24 whole kernels) Banana, fresh, 2 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Strawberries, fresh, 2 cup, whole (around 10) Milk, 1%, 2 cupJillian Michaels Natural Whey Protein, 2 serving
Directions
Get all ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth and liquidly.
