Simple Salmon Cakes

Ingredients
Salmon, green onions, mayo, lemon juice, red pepper, egg, breadcrumbs, etc.
Directions
Combine first seven ingredients in bowl, Stir in Chicken o the Sea Salmon, egg, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs. Form mixture into four balls. Roll Salmon balls in remaining breadcrumbs; flatten cakes about 1/2 inch thick. In skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Fry 3 to 4 minutes per side or until golden brown.
