Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

1/2 box whole wheat spaghetti noodles10 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast5 oz frozen broccoli1 medium onion1 small zucchini1 medium red pepper1 small can baby corn1 can water chesnuts4 T olive oil3 T lite soy sauce2 T balsamic vinegar
1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces. Spray skillet with cooking spray, cook chicken until done. Remove to small bowl, add 2 T olive oil, 3T soy sauce, and 2T balsamic vinegar.
2. Boil pasta according to package directions.
3. Add 2T olive oil to skillet, Add broccoli, cook until almost heated through. Add other veggies except zucchini, cook until onions are almost translucent. Add zucchini, cook until just heated through. Add chicken and pasta, toss, and serve.
