Chicken n' Gravy over Rice

1 tablespoon vegetable oil1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast meat- cut inot bite-size pieces1 green bell pepper, sliced1 red bell pepper, sliced1 package gravy mixsalt and pepper to taste3 cups white rice
1. In a large skillet heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken and saute for 15 to 20 minutes, or until cooked through
2. Add green bell pepper, red bell pepper to skillet.
3. Prepare gravy, and salt and pepper top taste.
4. Stir gravy in with the skillet contents.
5. Simmer over low heat and cook rice.
6. Serve rice with skillet contents poured over.
