1lb Ground Turkey (or Ground Turkey Sausage)1pkt Chili Seasonings, or Chili Powder to taste1 can each, corn, green beans, mushrooms, and diced tomatoes2 Medium potatoes - dicedSimmer until potatoes are tender, then serve.Serving size 1 cup
Directions
Cook ground turkey thoroughly
Add all remaining ingredients, stir to blend. Bring just to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 20 minutes)
