Lattice Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients
2 boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced16 oz bag of California Mixed Frozen Veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots)1 can of cream of potato soup1 cup of skim milk1 cup of low-fat cheddar cheese (2 %)1 tube of low-fat refridgerated crescent rolls
Directions
Pour frozen veggies into a 9x13 pan.
Spread cooked chicken on top.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Mix soup and milk in a bowl.
Pour on top.
Open can of rolls and pinch seams together to create one large rectangle.
Cut into strips to make lattice top.
(Sometimes I get lazy, don't pinch the seams, and just lay the whole rectangle on top- works fine)
Bake uncovered at 375* for 35-40 min.
Makes 6 servings.
