Ingredients
Ground beef, 250 grams Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Olive Oil, 0.25 cup
Directions
Heat oil in pan and fri onion till golden yellow, then add garlic/ginger paste,salt, turmeric, chilli powder and stir for 1 min. Then add tomatoes and cook till it leaves only oil. Then add beef to it and cook till the beef is tender and garnish with coriander.
