Awesome Almond pancakes

Ingredients
3/4 cup Almond meal1 Tbls Flax meal1 Tbls Baking Powder2 large Egg2 Tbls Heavy whipping creme1 tsp Whey Protien powder (vanilla, sweetened) 2 Tbls Butter
Directions
Mix dry ingredients together, break both eggs and 1 tbls of the heavy creme in the bowl and mix. follow up with send tbls. If needed to create the consistency of pancakes, you may have to add a very small amout of water, be careful no to add too much.
Let this mixture rest for a few minutes. I let it rest as I cook the bacon.
Cook the pancakes just as you would normally, they brown beautilfully.
